We recently partnered with a leading client in the home improvement and home renovation industry. By connecting local homeowners to our client’s products and services, the Retail Customer Sales Associate can put the customer first by hearing their wants and needs and suggesting the best offerings.

Responsibilities of the Retail Customer Sales Associate position:

• Interact and empower local homeowners by providing information regarding our premier home renovation and home improvement services through our direct, in-person approach
• Engage with customers on the value a renovation can bring to their family and home to establish trust and close sales
• Promptly build genuine and professional rapport with customers to connect them to our team of sales experts 
• Attend regular in-person and video training sessions with our client and our internal leadership team
